Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, including session details and any necessary preparation guidelines. Please arrive on time for your session to make the most of our scheduled time together. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any disruptions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee or limited future booking opportunities. No-shows without notice may forfeit the ability to book future sessions. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all sessions. After this time, the session may be shortened or canceled at the provider’s discretion. If you anticipate being late, please communicate as soon as possible to discuss available options. Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you may opt to join the waitlist. Openings will be offered to waitlisted clients on a first-come, first-served basis. You must confirm your spot within 12 hours of being notified, or the opening will be offered to the next person. Emergency Policy If an emergency arises that prevents attendance, please notify as soon as possible. Exceptions to cancellation fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
